Taking you on a journey from shore to plate, famed Manchester based chef Mary-Ellen McTague and Mara Seaweed deliver a masterclass to ensure you get the most from this incredible natural ingredient and superfood. Mary-Ellen is a chef and writer, passionate about food, drink, sustainable restaurant practises and more equitable food systems having worked in hospitality for over 20 years. 

 

Based on the East Neuk of Fife, Mara Seaweed harvest multiple seaweed varieties from the cold clear waters of Fife and Scotland. Producing a range of award-winning seaweed-based ingredients, they are loved by chefs across the UK and abroad with fans from Brett Graham, James Martin and Greg Wallace.
